Allow three hours before a long-haul flight and two before a European one, travel time included. For a 7 am departure, that puts the pick-up in Reims at around 3.30 am. We drive at those hours with no imposed night surcharge: the price is the one on your quote.
The A4 fills up on the approach to Paris between 7 and 9.30 in the morning, then from 4.30 to 7.30 in the evening. We build that margin into the pick-up time rather than discovering it on the road.
Give us your flight number when you book: we follow the actual landing time and meet you at the right terminal. 15 minutes of waiting time are included from arrival, enough for passport control and baggage reclaim.
WHICH CAR
The saloon suits up to three passengers. Beyond that, or with bulky luggage, the van is the sensible choice: nothing travels on anyone’s lap.
